4 THINGS YOU CAN DO TODAY TO BOOST YOUR WELLBEING & HAPPINESS

Live in the present. If you're a couch bum, workaholic, introvert, etc.. take a step outside. Or look out the window for 10 minutes. Take in the fresh air, notice the sounds, notice the trees, listen to the wind (doing this right now). 

Have a glass of wine, or lemon water & savour it.Put on some good tunes and savour the moment. 

Pamper yourself. & I am not talking about going to the spa. Are you a coffee or tea drinker?Everything you need is in your pantry. Try this delicious "At Home Coffee Brown Sugar Scrub". Light a scented candle, put on some music and pamper your skin. One of my happiest moments are after a body scrub. Your skin is soft, smooth and supple & it doesn't take much to maintain the feeling of well-being for a good hour after.. 

Sit in silence for a minute or 10. We are so caught up in the technology it's like go go go go... turn it off for 10 minutes and just be in the moment. Be with yourself or your loved ones.Write an affirmation from this post
