Your day should start like this... #ThrowBackThursday
It's the morning grumpy bear calling to wake you up.. Who doesn't love sleep, or being in a bed. I know I do. But the way you start your day off can make a whole new difference. Remember that post I wrote a couple months ago on using affirmations? In addition to that, another great way to spice up your positive outlook is by taking 15 mins for some mental construction. Get pen to paper and journal. I like to start my day watching a TedX video on motivation, happiness, life the works, then extract what I learn, and use it as a guide to my day. What am I gonna think about? What am I gonna focus on? This is one of my favourites to date.
